PSG becomes the "Administrative Employer" and assumes responsibility and certain liability for the "business of employment. You continue to manage all aspects of the operational side of the business including
sales, product development, marketing and customer service.
The co-employment agreement establishes a three-way relationship between you, your employees and PSG. You and PSG become co-employers, instead of the traditional employer company/employee relationship.
This allows PSG to provide you with employment administration relief and to transfer or share many of the employee related liabilities. This is done through our employer liability management services.
