    With the closure of your current State Unemployment Account, routine SUI administration and filings handled by us, under PSG's account. Hearings usually handled completely by us, but occasional Supervisor attendance at a hearing may be required. Great administrative relief, for focusing on higher priorities.
  • Retirement Plan Administration (401k, Roth, etc.) (* Fee Extra)
    You and your staff are placed on PSG's existing multiple employer plan (401k) for a total charge of $50/month. You will have complete flexibility in how you structure an employer match, profit share, etc. All administration and IRS filings are done by PSG under our EIN. And PSG is the plan fiduciary, which greatly reduces liability for your company.
  • PSG Flexible Spending Account
    Completely administered by PSG. Excellent employee benefit, as employees can contribute up to $2,500/year to cover medical expenses not covered under insurance, and up to $5,000/year to covered qualified dependent care expenses. Significantly reduces employer and employee taxes!
  • Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Administration
    When was the last time you, as the Employer, were able to provide your employees an appreciable increase in take-home pay without increasing costs . . .and actually save money?

    Payroll Solutions maintains a Cafeteria Plan for the benefit of its client companies and employees. Plan participants are allowed to choose among nontaxable benefits plans that best meet their benefit needs.

    The Payroll Solutions Section 125 Cafeteria Plan offers employees the option to pay for qualified nontaxable benefits with before-tax dollars by salary reduction rather than with after-tax dollars through payroll deductions. When payments are made with pre-tax dollars, a participant's take-home pay will increase since gross taxable wages are reduced by the payment, thereby decreasing the tax liability.

    Your participation in the Payroll Solutions Section 125 plan will reduce your share of FICA and FUTA taxes every time an employee contributes to an IRS Section 125 qualified benefit using pre tax dollars.

    If PSG's 401k is used, Profit Sharing setup and administration (if desired) is included in the $50/month 401k Fee.
  • Employee Assistance Plan / Counseling
    A confidential Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) (prepaid counseling and assistance plan) is included with PSG's medical plan, if your company is participating. Studies have proven that for every dollar invested in a properly communicated EAP, employers can receive up to $4 in return from increased employee productivity and reduced absenteeism. These plans are also a major factor in containing medical plan increases by offering employees help in advance of problems escalating to the medical treatment level.
  • Pre-Retirement Counseling / Retirement Planning (* Fee Extra)
    If PSG's 401k is used, this service is included in the $50/month 401k Fee.
