Disciplinary Procedures
At your request, our HR specialists will assist you in developing or improving your existing procedures. Ongoing regular administration of the procedures will be your responsibility. -
Exit Interviews
One of the best ways to improve your organization - or at least get a new perspective on it - is with interviews of departing employees. This is one of our most popular and beneficial services. And our exit interviews tend to be more candid than any you would conduct yourself, due to our Human Resource Consultant's independence. -
Complaint Procedures
With your input, PSG will develop or update this policy and provide training, forms, and HR assistance with any and all discipline issues. This is a proactive way to reduce exposure to employment related litigation and typically reduces potential legal costs in handling these matters. -
Award / Recognition Programs
Strong organizations don't just negatively reinforce bad behavior... they put as much energy (or sometimes more) into positively reinforcing good behavior. Our Human Resource Consultants love helping you set these programs up. -
EEO Compliance / Affirmative Action Plans
All policy and procedure development, Supervisor training, and provided HR guidance will be in compliance with EEO guidelines. Upon request, assistance with Affirmative Action available from an HR Specialist. -
Employee Communications / Publications
Employee Handbook will be developed and/or checked for compliance (EEO, FMLA, ADA, DFWA, Sexual Harassment, and more) on a regular basis. Your company's individual policies will be included, and assistance in developing them is provided by PSG HR specialists. Copies for each employee will be provided at no extra charge. Required work posters will be provided and updated as required by law. And periodic, ongoing employee meetings (open enrollments for benefits, 401k, etc.) will be done in a manner to promote the advantages of working at your company. Excellent employee communications are a key factor in retaining good employees and reducing turnover. -

Attitude Surveys

Union / Labor Relations
PSG will comply with payroll related Union requirements (deductions, dues, etc.) on behalf of your company. Ultimate responsibility for collective bargaining requirements lie with your firm.
