Employment Interviews
We will screen all recruiting responses to your criteria and do (EEO and ADA compliant) initial interviews.
Qualified applicants will be sent to you for final interviews and decision. Additionally, we will provide
supervisors training on effective and proper interviewing techniques. These efforts will not only reduce your
exposure to the legalities of interviewing, but also increase your chances of 'better hires' and save you a
great amount of time. -
Recruiting
PSG will provide ad design and (newspaper) placement, resume reviews, application compliance, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-competes, all in compliance with DFWA, ADA, and EEO. We will also assist you with strategies to enhance your ability to attract the 'right' applicants. All this will save you a great deal of time, with the focus on the best results and decreasing your cost-per-hire (i.e., eliminating existing agency fees). Background investigations on applicants (11 available, like criminal, MVA, etc.) are available on a fee-extra basis, depending on extent of search desired by your firm. Conducting these enhance your chances of a making a 'good' hire, and may offer a significant reduction in liability from possible litigation from an employee's actions. -
