  • Orientation of New Employees
    PSG will do all paperwork for initial employees in group meetings, along with handling subsequent new hires for you. PRWORA, DFWA, IRCA / I-9, W-4, Benefits coverage Acceptance / Waivers, Documentation of Handbook review / receipt. For individual new hires, we will either come to your offices to enroll the employee, or you can have them come to our office. New Employment packets are pre-assembled and 100% compliant. This will save you a great deal of time and reduce compliance liabilities.
  • Performance Appraisals (for Management)
    Forms and training provided, in addition to assistance with preparation. Our HRIS system will provide reminders when due. Studies have shown that employees prefer supervisor feedback on a regular basis, and are more productive and feel more secure receiving it. It's a proven method of increasing productivity (and profits!) and significantly decreases exposure in any employment related litigation.
  • Supervisor Training / Management Development
    Fee inclusive customized Client HR training is available, along with monthly seminars on topics like: Handling Difficult Employees, Workplace Violence, Interviewing Techniques, Sexual Harassment, and more. (A nominal $10 per attendee is charged to cover refreshments.) Regular training has a proven short and long-term positive impact on productivity and profits.
